Submission of Papers:

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results on above and related ISE topics are solicited. Submitted papers must not have been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Submission should include, on the cover page, authors names, affiliations, addresses, fax and phone numbers, and email addresses. Please indicate clearly the corresponding author. Include up to 6 keywords (topic area) from the above list, and an abstract of no more than 400 words. The full manuscript should be at most 7 pages using the two-column IEEE format. Additional pages will be charged additional fee. Short papers (up to 4 pages), poster papers and posters (please refer to http://hpcs2012.cisedu.info/home/posters for the submission details) will also be accepted for submission. Please include page numbers on all preliminary submissions to make it easier for reviewers to provide helpful comments.

Electronic submissions of full manuscripts are requested and will be accepted in PDF format only uploaded via the Internet at the following conference website: http://hpcs2012.cisedu.info (Upload link http://cisedu.us/cis/hpcs/12/users/upload.jsp). Please indicate clearly in the Notes field of the uploading form that the submission is for ISE 2012. More detailed submission procedures will be available on this website. If accepted, the final camera-ready manuscript will follow the format posted, which will be made available to all authors.

Poster, Work-in-Progress, and Industrial track papers will also be accepted. Please indicate clearly whether you would like your paper to be considered as a main track or in one of these three tracks as well. Poster papers will be published in the proceedings but will be presented as poster papers. This is to encourage work that is not yet advanced enough for a full paper, novel approaches and ideas, critique of existing work, and application examples.

Consistent with standard practice, each submitted paper will receive a minimum of three reviews. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, timeliness, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Initial selection will be based on full papers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted. All accepted papers in the conference are required to be presented and will be included in the conference proceedings. Manuscripts submitted should not be under simultaneous consideration by any other conference or venues. It is our intent to have the proceedings formally published in hard and soft copies and be available at the time of the conference. The proceedings is projected to be included in the IEEE Digital Library and indexed accordingly.

If you have any questions about paper submission or the Symposium, please contact the organizers.
